About
A community driven Yoga school based on the south coast of Sri Lanka. We have graduated over 320 Yoga teachers worldwide and facilitated over 30 YTT's internationally. We are well known for our quality, community and trainings that 'meticulously' explore where science meets spirituality.

Our ethos & values
We value the meeting point of science & spirituality, a theme which we carry throughout all of our classes and teachings. We host these programs as practitioners, not performers - with a down to earth approach, small groups of 12-16, allowing everyone to feel seen and heard. Many people come for the training and stay for the community!
With our time and attention being undivided, we ensure each student receives an excellent education and experience alongside personal mentorship, feedback and guidance throughout.
