About
Barefoot Yoga is a dedicated Yoga School on the south coast of Sri Lanka. We have graduated over 270 teachers worldwide, this year we turned 5 years old and are proud to give our undivided time and attention to our thriving community. We offer comprehensive, small group trainings which are immersive and inclusive for all levels and abilities.

Our ethos & values
We value the meeting point of science & spirituality, a theme which we carry throughout all of our classes and teachings. We host these programs as practitioners, not performers - with a down to earth approach, small groups of 12, allowing everyone to feel seen and heard. Many people come for the training and stay for the community!
With our time and attention being undivided, we ensure each student receives an excellent education and experience alongside personal mentorship, feedback and guidance throughout.
