This is a 3 week immersive program, limited to 12 participants for an intimate & family group setting, with food & accommodation included in your package. Due to high demand, we have released one more training for the upcoming season. This program welcomes all ability levels! We balance our time between Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Learning with a holistic approach, we dive into the roots of Yoga and body-mind connection. We have a quality focussed curriculum with an emphasis on the application of knowledge with personal mentorship and feedback from your trainers. This program is trauma informed, with lead trainers who are professional and friendly. View all modules below!

We welcome all ability levels!
We have a multi level style of teaching, so no matter your level of experience you will be guided, nurtured and challenged. We do not have an 'elitist' approach, we look at everyone as individuals and make each of the classes inclusive.
Whether you're becoming more serious about embodying Yoga, creating a career within the Yoga industry, or just wanting to expand your personal knowledge, then you will get a lot out of this course.

The Nuga house is a boutique hotel with Cafe and pool, the shala features the native Nuga tree, bringing a grounding energy to your practice as it reaches up into the shala. (see gallery above)
Jungle Retreat

Jungle retreat is spectacularly hidden amongst the tree tops and rice paddies, just 5 minutes from the best beaches, cafes & surf in Ahangama.
A Private retreat space set on 2 acres of cinnamon and coconut plantation, private pool, chef and Jungle shala. The perfect quiet location to fully immerse.
