Advanced program for qualified teachers of Yin & Vinyasa Yoga. This is not a foundational program - if you are looking to learn the foundations of Yin & Vinyasa, please see our 200HR course.
This program is designed as a continuation of our 200HR curriculum. We will be looking at how to extend your offerings, giving you the ability to share all areas of Yoga authentically with confidence via; creating and teaching workshops, advanced Vinyasa sequencing methodology, learning how to bring Philosophy into your classes and of course, exploring our bespoke Traditional Chinese Medicine module to plan Yin Yoga classes based on elements, meridians and TCM, run by our Co founder, TCM practitioner and Acupuncturist, Adam.

Anatomy & PhysiologyGain a deeper understanding of how to apply the Anatomy of Asanas in order to use this knowledge for more inclusive and professional classes which help to prevent injuries or take into account personal limitations and help students gain functional movement. - Anatomy of Asanas - Posture analysis - Application of Anatomy knowledge (this is a key area which allows 200HR students to refine their knowledge and apply it) - Injury prevention + common injury, how to make adjustments, variations and inclusive sequences - Acknowledging injury + understanding the role of a Yoga teacher - Functional movement + Yogic conditioning (hypermobility vs flexibility) - Energetic Anatomy (Please see specifics mentioned in other modules)

Who can do this course?
Building on the foundations
This program is designed as a continuation of our 200HR curriculum. It is not a foundational course, if you are looking to learn about Yin & Vinyasa Yoga for the first time, please see our 200HR YTT.
You will be expected to come onto the course knowing how to teach. If you completed your YTT with another school, please consider if your course provided you with these foundational skills. If in doubt, reach out! Although it is not compulsory, we recommend 6 months -1 year of teaching experience before completing your 300HR YTT.

The Nuga house is a boutique hotel with Cafe and pool, the shala features the native Nuga tree, bringing a grounding energy to your practice as it reaches up into the shala.
